Q: How do I confirm my room has been booked?

A: After you have booked a room and paid the deposit, a confirming message will be displayed on the website. You can print out this page as a written confirmation. If you would like to further confirm your booking, you can search for your booking online via the Member’s Services function. Our booking system also automatically emails you a confirmation letter with your room booking details.

Q: How do I check in after I’ve booked my room? What sort of I.D. do I need?

A: Please provide details such as your name and room booking reference number at the check-in desk, along with your room guest I.D. for registration. Printing out the confirmation letter beforehand can save time for checking in.

Q: Can I change the room booking date?
|

A: Room booking date cannot be changed at the moment. If you wish to do so, please contact our room booking staff.

Q: What if I cannot be present at booked dates due to weather or business issues?

A: If you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances such as typhoon, or earthquake, please contact us via telephone within three days of the booked dates. Arrangements shall be made depending on the circumstances.

Q: How long will it take before I get my receipt after I’ve booked my room?

A: The receipt issued over the Internet is a transferred payment receipt, divided into two-contacts (二聯) or three-contacts (三聯); it is redeemable for claims but not for prizes. Sent via post.

Q: How do I cancel my booking?

A: You can find your booking arrangements via Members’ Services and cancel your booking. A handling charge will be incurred for cancellation. (Cancellation of room booking is not allowed for any bookings of limited quantity offers)

Q: What if I make a wrong booking?

A: Please cancel your original booking and make a new booking via the Members’ Services, and notify us of the wrong booking.

Q: When will I receive my refunds after I cancel my room booking?

A: The sum will be returned to the credit card account used, depending on the opening hours of the hotel. If you have any questions, please contact our staff.

A: Our hotel room booking facility uses SSL security system to ensure confidentiality, in order to protect the information transferred between the visitor and the hotel.
